Application Area:
During unpredictable snowfalls, industrial plain roofs can suffer extremely dangerous overloading, which can lead to the collapse of the structure. Sno-melting film heats all the roof surface, melting snow and ice.
Operational Features:
Carbon fiber resistors are inserted between two adhesive aluminum layers. The sheet can be installed simply and rapidly, the adhesive aluminum layer is applied on previously cleaned roof surface. The system is ideal for installing on roofs in corrugated metal sheets, on top of metal roofs, bituminous sheath. The system can be activated during snowfalls or even if the snow had slightly deposited on the roof surface.
Carbon fiber is flexible, does not oxidize, does not produce harmful electromagnetic fields during electricity flow, has no dimensional variations as the temperature changes nor deterioration of ohmic values. No wearing and no maintenance required. Its high resistivity permits significant energy savings.
